Pineapple & Ginger Smoothie Duo
Ingredients:
– Pineapple Smoothie:
– 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
– 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
– 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
– Ginger Smoothie:
– 1/2 banana
– 1/2 cup almond milk
– 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
– 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
– Instructions:
1. Blend the pineapple smoothie ingredients until smooth, then pour into the first glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a sprinkle of shredded coconut.
2. Blend the ginger smoothie ingredients until smooth, then pour into the second glass. Garnish with a light dusting of grated ginger and a small banana slice.
